training course delivered by a Registered Training Organisation

As a Car Care Consultant you will be responsible for selling products, ranging from tints, surface coatings, warranties and other such items. You will be working alongside the Sales Manager and Sales teams to reach monthly sales targets defined by the business.

As a Workshop Foreman, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.
The role entails:
- Manage daily tasks, productivity and efficiency for a team of technicians
- Prioritise Repair Orders in the workshop to ensure on time completion
- Assist with Technical problem solving
- Suggest additional work that is needed to the Service Adviser Team so the customer can be notified
- Make certain that work repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures and seek clarification if necessary
- Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment; follow safety practices; notify management if tools need replacement or new tools required
- Assist in expediting of parts orders and notify service advisor if delays are expected or if a part needs to be ordered
- Give special attention to repeat repairs, so the problem is correct this time and future comebacks are avoided
